We have booked Courtyard Farm again for 2010 and are offering the weekend break for £65. These dates fall in the Easter school holidays so we are also giving the option for people to add a few extra days to the start of the weekend if they wish. For an extra £20 a day you can book to come on the Wed and/or Thurs and make a longer holiday of it. Please be aware that the tides will not be suitable to ride on the beach on the wed/thurs but there are lots of other nice inland rides. Members only. Limited to 20 people.
This ride is now FULL but I will keep a waiting list. If you want to be put on the waiting list please complete the entry form opposite and send to me WITHOUT the cheque.

Katie Flint, who has arranged parking for our Belchamp ride in April 2010, is very involved in Animal Care and Education. Their role is to educate children and people in animal welfare and care as well as providing in patient treatment for animals in need. They are hoping to expand into providing mobile veterinary units to enable a first aid, on site service which I know would help so many more animals out there.
ACE is a charity set up some 10 years ago by two women who were horrified at the state of some of the animals they saw whilst on a holiday in Egypt. The charity started off providing a wash stand and watering area for the horses and donkeys working in the sweltering heat. After a generous donation, a hospital was built to treat more serious cases and offer inpatient care. (Brooke also as you may be aware, operate out in Egypt, however they are a first aid only facility and not equipped to deal with the many fractures, dislocations and other more serious but sadly common incidents).
This charity is very much a hand to mouth situation out there with funds required constantly for drugs, medical equipment and local staff.
If you would like to make a donation to this worth while cause then please give generously in the buckets that will be around at the Belchamps ride. ===========================================================================================================

Do you have a lorry & driver at a loose end, or space in your lorry? Two riders and their trusty horses are desperate to get to the EBA and other rides! Based in Henham (near Stansted) , we are two women and a 16.2 and 15.3 easy to load horses who love the rides and are happy to pay diesel/time. Lorries preferred.
